Cancellation policy
FORTY EIGHT HOURS
Cancellations made within forty eight hours of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur full charges unless the accommodation can be re-let. Reservations of more than two nights will be charged in full for the two nights and all subsequent nights will be charged at the deposit fee of 20%.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
When accommodation is reserved by a third party, the cancellation charges automatically become the responsibility of the third party.
PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT
Agreement to payment on account will only be accepted and confirmed once confirmation in writing has been received from the third party/company confirming that they accept responsibility for full payment of the accommodation reserved. All accounts must be settled within seven days of receipt of invoice.
PLEASE ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING IN ANY WAY
Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made by e-mail or telephone. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and The Trewythen Hotel. Our cancellation policy will be enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let.
